Is this a sales event or product demonstration?

No. This is a purely technical lab session. The entire day is dedicated to step-by-step deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of live 3CX environments — led by TELIN engineers. No sales pitches. No vendor fluff.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No. All necessary equipment will be provided. Each participant will receive a Fanvil V64 IP phone (MSRP $195.00) to use during the training — and to take home after.

Is prior 3CX experience required?

Not required. While some familiarity is helpful, the training is structured to support both intermediate and experienced professionals. The content moves from foundational setup through to advanced configuration and troubleshooting.

How hands-on is the session?

This is not a classroom-style lecture. Each attendee will configure their own 3CX instance, build SIP trunks, deploy endpoints, and troubleshoot real-world scenarios — all within a guided lab format.
